1. Reservations can be made through the following channels:

• On ground: Mall Concierge Booth at the GF Venice Grand Canal
2. No payment, no reservation policy.
3. A booking reference number will be sent to the customer’s e-mail upon receipt of the payment
4. Pods can only accommodate 2 adults with the exception of adults with kid/s (5 years below) or furparents with furbabies
5. Set meals will be served as is. Any additional orders from the same restaurant might not be accommodated. However, customers may purchase from nearby dining partners as long as they will consume meals within their allotted schedule. Bottled water and sodas may be available on-site.
6. Last call for reservation is 1 hour before the official booking ends; otherwise customers will be tagged as “no-show”
• 6PM bookings, last call is 7PM;
• 8:30PM bookings, last call is 9:30PM.
7. For “no-show” customers, they may avail of the following options:
• Dine in at the gazebo area open for walk-ins or at any other free-seating areas (alfresco seats at the grand canal, food hall, etc.)
• Have their meals for “to-go”;
• Deliver to their location a day after their reservation date for FREE*
*delivery fee is subject to change depending on distance
• Claim within 15 days at the dining partner’s store
8. For safety and sanitation purposes, take-out for leftover meals will not be allowed.
9. Rebooking is subject to pods availability
