Pound’s signature Foie Gras Burger will blow your mind!
An elevated burger joint, Pound serves a selection of indulgent burgers, sliders, pizzas, pastas, and more. Visiting their restaurant inside Eastwood City, you’ll find yourself enveloped in a vintage interior, transporting you to that 1920s speakeasy atmosphere. And for the latest episode of Munch, Pound let us have a look into their kitchen to show us how they create their mouthwatering signature dish, Foie Gras Burger.
When we say it’s indulgent, we really mean you’ll feel fancy in every bite. They use double house-ground pure beef patties that are cooked medium over griddle and layered with cheese. The burger then gets a zing of flavor from their mustard relish and pound sauce, which are spread generously on the toasted brioche bun. The cooked patties are then garnished with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onion, crispy onion, and of course, topped with foie gras!
