Time is of the essence for busy bees and on-the-go people, and they would be certainly glad to know that all their cravings and essentials from McKinley Hill are within reach with just a few taps.

McKinley Hill is upgrading its Pick-Up and Drive Thru experience with a chatbot feature that allows customers to connect with their preferred store, make personalized orders in advance and collect their orders from the comfort and safety of their vehicle.

To get started, customers can send a message to Venice Grand Canal Mall on Facebook Messenger and choose “Pick-up and Drive-Thru.” Then, they can choose from two categories: (1) Restaurants (2) Retail and type in the name of their preferred store or select from a list of merchants.

After providing their name and contact number, a merchant representative will contact them to fulfill the order and payment. Store merchants at McKinley Hill accept payment via GCash, PayMaya or bank transfer.

Customers could then advise the merchant representative of their preferred pickup time or estimated time of arrival and the representative will assign the designated pickup station at Venice Grand Canal.

To claim orders, customers can park their car in the designated pickup station, where an authorized store representative will verify customer ID and order details. To maintain a contactless transaction, customers could pop their trunk open and the store representative will place their goods safely at the back of their car. 

McKinley’s Pickup and Drive-Thru designations stations are located in the following areas:

Station 1  –  Venice Grand Canal Mall Main Entrance Upper Mckinley Hill Road (near Denny’s)

Station 2  –  Venice Grand Canal Mall Milan St. Entrance (near Kenny Rogers)

Station 3  –  Stamford Residences Watsons

Station 4  –  Tuscany Mercury Drug Store
