Megaworld Cinemas is welcoming back movie lovers this November 10 with the Philippine premiere of John Krasinski’s “A Quiet Place Part II” and Denis Villeneuve’s “Dune”.
Those who are in pins and needles waiting for what happened to the Abott family in “A Quiet Place” in 2018 can now see the continuation of their story in “A Quiet Place Part II”.
The sequel resumes the story of the Abotts as they try to navigate the post-apocalyptic world and fight for their lives in silence, as the world has been inhabited by mysterious creatures who demolish beings when they hear even the slightest breath or footsteps. The new film is top billed by Emily Blunt, Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe, and Djimon Hounsou.
Epic science fiction film “Dune” is set in the future, where protagonist Paul Atreides, played by Timothée Chalamet, must travel to the most dangerous planet to ensure the future of his family and his people. It is based on Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel of the same name.
The cast also includes Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Chang Chen, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa, and Javier Bardem.
The two films will be screened in the following Megaworld Cinemas: Eastwood Cinemas in Quezon City, Lucky Chinatown Cinemas in Manila, Uptown Cinemas and Venice Cinemas in Taguig City, Newport Cinemas in Pasay City, and Festive Walk Cinemas in Iloilo.
