To ensure the safety of its clients and employees, the BOQ will not accommodate walk-in clients to ensure the implementation of the minimum public health standards.

OFWS  and outbound travelers may directly book their appointment at Upon registration, they will be required to provide details indicated on their vaccination cards and passport. They will also be asked to upload a copy of their valid identification card or a certification from the local government unit which administered their vaccines.
