Newport Mall at Resorts World Manila invites Filipinos to wear heritage on their sleeves as it celebrates Philippine fashion and culture with Likha: A Filipiniana Exhibit. Featuring the works of 38 homegrown designers, Likha aims to celebrate the artistry of iconic and up-and-coming Filipino designers while paying homage to the rich history of the terno, a traditional Filipino dress.
Stellar creations will be up for display at the 2nd floor, The Plaza at Newport Mall from June 4 to 13. The exhibit will highlight the creations of top Filipino designers and icons in the Philippine fashion scene such as Renee Salud, Mak Tumang, Albert Andrada and Francis Libiran, who are known for designing costumes and gowns for beauty queens and celebrities in the national and international arena.
